Comments : Joint Sponsorship was requested. Eventhough I exceeded the Poverty Guidelines for 2 (including my Fiance) they still wanted a Joint Sponsor.

Other than this, the Officer said everything looks good and when the affidavit of support from the Joint sponsor is recieved, the Visa will be processed.

Affidavit of support and supporting documents were sent. #fingers crossed. Hoping for the best

Goodluck to everyone going through this K1 process.

Update (11/27/19): He's officially approved and his passport requested. Passport has been submitted and now a lil more waiting and the wait/stress shall be OVER! Thank GOD!
Shall be back to do the interview review.

Hello, congratulations on your approval! How soon after receiving the petition approval were you able to schedule your interview?

Thank you! I scheduled my interview almost two months later. This was because I decided to wait for packet 3 before scheduling. Getting an interview date wasn't easy too (there was no available dates for a while) *After approval, I waited for about 3 weeks to be notified that my case has been sent to the embassy where the interview would take. When I didn't hear anything I emailed them and they responded that it has been transferred and they gave me a case number that I used to track my status on ceac. When my status became "ready" I emailed them again requesting for packet 3 and they sent it. Some people said you can pay the fees and schedule without waiting for the packet but I wanted to have the packet first.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
