Comments : Embassy appointment was really easy and a good and nice experience... I’m taking my kids with me with K2 visas and couldn’t find anywhere information on what should I take to embassy for them... so I took with me custody papers and many many papers and wasn’t asked for anything.
They put a lot of attention on the affidavit of support and all the papers which prove that my fiancé could be able to pay for me and my kids and we will not be a charge for the country.
They gave us back all our original documents, even the pictures I sent with the I 129 F.
And we had an approved visa in about 3 hours. The consul was even a very nice person .

So don’t worry if you don’t have red flags you don’t need to worry !!
We met 3 people there also fiancé K1 visas and all were approved !
Other kind of visas we did see many denials...
Processing

Embassy Review : Hello😊,
We got the Embassy appointment for my K1 and K2 visas at Ciudad Juárez today July 2 2019, appointment was really easy and a good and nice experience... I’m taking my kids with me with K2 visas and couldn’t find anywhere information on what should I take to embassy for them... so I took with me custody papers and many many papers and wasn’t asked for anything.

Not many questions just basic ones like names, address where your fiancé lives, they asked how we met, for how long, how many times have we seen each other, if I knew he was married before etc.
So don’t worry if you don’t have red flags you don’t need to worry !!
We met 3 people there also fiancé K1 visas and all were approved !

Rating : Very Good

Wow! Did you get a case number? We received NOA 2 on April 9 but haven’t called... Can you share the phone number please?? And congrats!!!!

Thanks!! We haven't received a case number yet hopefully by Monday! The phone number is: (603) 334-0888 and just provide your NOA2 receipt number (it says passport number on message don't be alarmed). I've called both times in the morning like around 9. I tried calling after three and couldn't get a hold of a representative, but just keep calling till you can get a hold of one!

blank avatar Lu And Dave on 2019-05-15 said:
Yes! I filled it last weekend for me and my children but I can’t continue with the next steps I think until case gets to embassy... I wonder how long will it take to get an appointment at ciudad Juárez! Do you have any idea?

Did you make an account to pay the fee on Mexico embassy? Or where do you pay it? I have no idea... we’ll just have to wait and see

congratulations for your approval! Just out of curiosity, you said "Other kind of visas we did see many denials" what other kind of visas? I'm a bit nervous because I'm in the process of a CR-1 and my interview will also be in CDJ
blank avatar Lu And Dave on 2019-07-03 said:
I’m not very sure what kind of visas but all were different from K1, just try to have all papers correct ! Originals and photocopies and affidavit of support is really important. That was the most common denials we saw yesterday. Not having strong proof of affidavit of support docs

Hi, just wondering if you could help? Once the embassy received the DHL from NVC... how long before you got your P3 letter? And was it emailed or regular mail?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
