Event Description

Embassy Review : They're very friendly and helpful.

I had my first interview for 15mins he asked for some documents ( affidavit of support/ proof of ongoing relationship and a few questions about my fiance, after that I went to the cashier and paid the processing fee and I gave the receipt to the consul who interviewed me, I waited for 2mins for the finger print after that I waited for almost 10mins for my final interview it last for 10mins, consul asked me a few questions about myself and my fiance. Basic questions only. After that he hinted to me that I was approved 😁 and he asked for my mobile number and they will call after a week. Then after 5days they called to come and pick up my passport with the Visa inside. PS. Total time spent at the embassy was about 3hrs.
Rating : Very Good

No, 1st Date is the RFE, the 2nd date is the Notice in the mail. For the reply 1st date is sent RFE, 2nd is the notification they received the reply.

Can you guide us with the forms and requirements for I485 AOS Form, How you filled and filed along with what required documents. We are confused regarding the Medical form I693 - Although i had already done my medical in Kuwait. they gave me DS-3025 form.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
