I have not received it yet, I called NVC for my case number

Did your fiance get a letter in the mail ? We got our consulate received "ready" message online but no physical letter in Manila yet.

No, we paid our visa fee but still haven't received a letter
Abe009 on 2019-08-09 said:
Thank you, we haven't paid for ds160 fee yet or medical because we are awaiting letter in Manila.

As I understand, you don't have to wait, as long as your case says ready on the CEAC website. We already registered at Slec and scheduled interview. She will do CFO next week.

Thank you Lawrence we are currently traveling to Vietnam so we haven’t had a chance to sit down and fill out the DS160 or even register for st Luke’s medical but thank you again and truly good luck on everything on your side.

Hi.. Congrats on your approval. I want to ask for help. Its been almost 30 days since our NOA2 but we have not received any MNL case # from NVC. Do I need that to schedule a medical in SLEC. Also, how does the paying the visa fee works? Do I have to fill out the d-160 before paying it. Where do we put the receipt number or do i just need to show the receipt in the interview? Thank you so much in advance.

After 4 weeks you can start calling nvc for your case number. You can enter it at the Ceac.state.gov website under immigrant visa. When status says ready, submit your DS-160 and pay your fee

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
