Congratulations... does your receipt number starts with IOE?

Thank you.
Yes, start with IOE.

Ok thanks for your prompt response

did you expedite ?

Yes, I did.

Congrats on your visa approval! :D

Thank you so much, I got approved yesterday and ceac status changed to issued today.

Hi Iamjuly! I am Mark. I would very much like to chat with you or your husband regarding your Expediate Request to NVC that you submitted. Many thanks!

I requested Expedite July 10th, and reason is only emotional turmoil being away from my husband, and they approved that. I was surprised too.

Did you provide any documentation?

No, documentation. Just the letter, and they didn't ask any .

Many thanks! I submitted a similar request for my wife stating emotional distress and anxiety because of the separation (since our marriage in Nov 2018). I hope to get a reply back this coming week.
Again, many thanks for your responses!! Mark

You're Welcome Mark.

Hi Iamjuly! My Expedite Request was approved! I received the NVC approval yesterday. Should my wife make her physical appointment with St Luke's now (online) or should she wait to receive something from the U.S. Embassy first?

Hello Mark, let your wife get an appointment at st. Lukes, after the medical email the embassy for the schedule, in some cases the embassy will not give you an answer unless you done your medical.

Is it possible to get a medical at St Luke's without any interview letter with interview appointment date?

Hello J&J, yes it is possible. That's what I did.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
