Embassy Review : My fiancé did his interview, and he told me everyone was super friendly. His interview was super easy. They asked him.
Where did you meet your fiancé ?
Where did you meet the first time in person?
What plans do you have for a wedding ?
A couple personal questions. Then told him he needed paperwork for my job. He asked what they needed he had everything so he gave it to them told him that his case was nice and he has everything then the magic words. “ congratulations welcome to America”, and told him when to expect his passport!
Rating : Very Good

Congratulations! You both must be so excited! What type of paperwork did they need from your work that you had already prepared?

Thank you. In the original email they asked for a letter from my work. I made sure he had two letters and I gave him pay stubs. They told him it was more than enough.

Congratulations! I'm super happy for you! This gave me a relief to what to expect in the future since we sent our I-129F yesterday. Do I need a lot of papers from my fiancée in the states regarding work and financial aid? What about the affidavit? My fiancée lives with her parents and makes more than 22K a year, is that acceptable?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
