Congrats for getting the NOA2 so fast. Was your petition expedited?

No, but we used Rapid Visa to prepare our paperwork and I think, they did a very good job in screening everything first to make sure, it will go through without RFE's. Thank you and good luck!

I was about to ask if you used a service. I used Rapid Visa as well and I am hoping for similar results.

I did all the paperwork and sent it to them to inspect. They had a couple additional requests to add into my petition. If I would have filed without help, I am sure, I would have ended with RFE's because I wasn't precise enough. So it's well worth to have that service and their system works very nice and easy. Filling forms is almost too easy. I would recommend their service anytime.

We should have used their service. We ended up missing one of the questions in the 129f form. Now, all we have to do us wait for the rfe. My fiance has dwis as well. Hoping we wont get an instant denial because if that

Have you checked on this one: https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/made-mistake-immigration-form-how-correct-it.html You should be able to get ahead of this to save some time. Hope, it can help you with this.

I agree, I made several mistakes that Rapid Visa caught so they are well worth the amount I paid for their service.

Did you call nvc to check if they have your case? Or did you just wait for them to mail you the letter?

I called them several times so far. No problem, you can always call if you are willing to wait 30+ minutes on hold. Sometimes you can’t even wait because they won’t accept calls. Keep trying! We should receive more information by email shortly according to the agent on the phone.

not yet, she passed the interview but received a 221g for additional paperwork regarding her previous marriage (annotated marriage certificate from PSA).

Okay.. I wasnt asked of anything. The consul just saud that she will recommend for visa approval. Just not sure if i really got approved. My mind went blank after she said it..maybe because of too much happiness. 😊. Is it okay if i follow your timeline and ask you on your status once in while to compare?
Rob & Lot on 2019-09-26 said:
sure, no problem. If they kept your passport, then you will be okay. The status will go to administrative processing a couple times until it will say "issued". Expect probably 5 business days before that happens, then everything will be shipped and you should have your visa on hand after 10-14 days after the interview. Congrats!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
