Rob & Lot on 2019-05-12 said:No, but we used Rapid Visa to prepare our paperwork and I think, they did a very good job in screening everything first to make sure, it will go through without RFE's.

If I would have filed without help, I am sure, I would have ended with RFE's because I wasn't precise enough. So it's well worth to have that service and their system works very nice and easy. Filling forms is almost too easy. I would recommend their service anytime.

Rob & Lot on 2019-06-08 said:I called them several times so far. No problem, you can always call if you are willing to wait 30+ minutes on hold. Sometimes you can’t even wait because they won’t accept calls. Keep trying!

Rob & Lot on 2019-09-26 said:sure, no problem. If they kept your passport, then you will be okay. The status will go to administrative processing a couple times until it will say "issued". Expect probably 5 business days before that happens, then everything will be shipped and you should have your visa on hand after 10-14 days after the interview. Congrats!
