6.) any children together? (Yes)
7.) children ages? ( 6 and 9 months)
8.) How does she manage the children? Does she live alone? (Explains; no she lives with the kids)
9.) have you seen your children? (Not in person only video calls)

The consulate officer then expressed how he really needed to see his kids and gave us the approval...my fiancé waited for about 2.5 hours before being called to the window for his interview said it lasted about 5 minutes

Congratulations let your family know you are coming soon

We THANK GOD SO MUCH ITS BEEN A TOUGH ROAD BUT NONETHELESS GOD SAW US THROUGH

Hi Judea did you do your paperwork alone?
George Judea on 2019-04-02 said:
Yes, I did it alone. It wasn’t difficult. I spent nearly 1 year researching everything. Also my friend who recently filed for her now husband also advised me not to spend all that unnecessary money for lawyer because the filing is not difficult it’s just you have to pay very close attention to instructions and details.
MyNigerianKING on 2019-04-02 said:
I appreciate your feedback..Wow Ive only spent 1 month maybe?????...but I feel pretty confident.
George Judea on 2019-04-02 said:
It took me like 21 days to put everything together but over the course of the last year I have been doing research off and on...kinda waited a while to see what Trump was up to as well. 😊 I wish you all the best on your journey dear. When did u file?
MyNigerianKING on 2019-04-02 said:
Ok. I haven't filed yet I just came back from Nigeria so I've been researching as well and preparing to file I will file this month. Did your fiance still DS 160 yet? Or does that come after the notification for the interview
George Judea on 2019-04-02 said:
I think it comes after dear. That’s along with the process after USCIS approves the petition.

Did you have to wait till the consular received the package from NVC before scheduling interview or once you got your case number were you able to pay fees, fill out ds-160 and schedule interview? We paid fees and filled out and submitted ds-160 but it says there aren’t any interview dates and I’m wondering if it’s because they haven’t received the petition package from NVC. What was your experience?
George Judea on 2019-08-18 said:
S&E I would wait until the embassy has received the package from NVC, then once you pay the ds160 fee (be sure to keep the receipt 🧾) then you can fill out the form. Once you complete the ds160 form you should receive an email with instructions aka Packet 3 and that’s where you will go to the website to schedule your interview providing your ds160 application ID number as well as your ds160 receipt fee number then p4 packet 4 should come via email if you had it set up to receive the appointment letter as a pdf to your email

You don’t receive packet 3 until you have filled out the ds160 once you fill it out; pay the fee and submit you will receive the p3 and p4 same day. You schedule your own interview online after you have paid the visa fee the instructions is in p3 and p4 is your confirmation interview
blank avatar His&Hers123 on 2019-09-18 said:
Wow. I have done all that my dear. Submitted the ds160, paid the visa fee and created an online account to check interview dates. I've even called the embassy but they just said to wait till I receive the p3. It's been almost a month since.. Nothing yet
Nick&Fatie on 2019-09-22 said:
Hello @ George Judea, how are you doing? Congratulations on u securing an interview date and All the best from God🙏🏽. I also have received my NVC letter with my case number, but still waiting on the embassy to be able to schedule my interview date. I called them, they said I should wait for the letter. I even tried scheduling but it kept saying “no interview dates available” and when I went there countless times I got my account frozen. Thank God it’s be open now, still no available dates and no letter yet? What should I do next😞
George Judea on 2019-09-22 said:

Hello George Judea. You have a quick turn around for a K1-Visa. That’s awesome. If I may ask, what evidence did you submit in support of your relationship? I wanted to complete the process myself but due to certain circumstances I had to hire a lawyer to complete it for us. Lords will, she should be sending everything out within the week. Also, how did you get such a quick turn around, that’s a blessing.

George Judea on 2019-10-29 said:
Send it now dear; I send through FedEx one week before the interview it cost $249 to get it there one week before ...it was less than 2lbs and still cost so much so just be prepared to pay a little bit...and yes he will have to carry it with him to his interview dear

AlbieBio on 2019-11-04 said:
Just a Quick question please, once you got your NOA2, did you wait to get the packet three before setting up your interview date online or did you call the NVC after two weeks to get the case number in order to make the visa payment and start searching for dates. and did you receive an email for the packet through your personal email or was it sent to your Beneficiary in Ghana.
George Judea on 2019-11-04 said:
After NOA2 your case will be sent to the NVC where you will get a new case number if it is in Ghana then this number will start with the first three letters as ACC... I tracked my case number until the status online read “READY” and then my fiancé did the ds-160 and paid the fee, once you submit the ds-160 then P3 also known as the instructions will be sent to the petitioners email that was provided during the time of filing, follow all the instructions and go online via the website provided in the P3 to schedule your interview..

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
