Hi guys! Any news on your petition yet?

We got a letter in the mail to send in all this stuff. WhatsApp conversation, pics, letters from the both of us, so much stuff. And didn't even hear anything in regards to the petition or whether it was approved.

Ah... you received what we call an RFE. When did they send that to you? Have you guys put the package together to send back to them yet?

Yeah we have until March 1st. It's so annoying

That is the absolute worst! On the plus side, they have an obligation to provide you with a decision within 60 days of receiving it, so that bodes in your favor. Good luck!

Did the NVC ever receive your case?

Hi there,
Yes, we got approved in April. The lawyer submitted everything to NVC, so now we are just waiting... again!!
How are you???

That is awesome to hear! We have our medical scheduled for Sep 3rd. Hopefully we will get our interview date in the next couple of weeks. :) I hope you guys hear something positive soon!

Congratulations to you, can you please share with us your categories, priority date and documents qualified date so we can keep on track. I wen lost hope I thought Dakar embassy is not operating. Thank you in advance
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
