Hi, how did you receive that package 3? We are in the same timeline and haven’t received anything yet. If this package 3 is a standard letter, not personal, would you mind sharing it? Thanks

I received an email from the Manila Embassy. It was the email version of the same letter they mailed to my Filipino fiancé. She hadn’t received the mail version yet but there is no need to wait once you get the email.

What does packet 3 mean? Im waiting to hear from embassy. Got my email from NVC saying they sent my petition. I’m from the US and my fiancé is in Lebanon
That would be the letter from NVC, the eligibility letter. It will be send to the petitioner by email from NVC as soon as they forward the package to the local embassy. It should also be sent to the beneficiary by mail, which would take more time. Once you get the email, you can print that and use it for your beneficiary, there's no need to wait for the physical letter. It has the instructions about the future steps, nothing really important as that letter can easily be found online, if you search for it. Once you have it, your beneficiary can schedule the medial exam and the interview date after paying the visa fee.

So I won’t receive instructions from the embassy In Lebanon? Does my Financial documents get sent to my fiancé in Lebanon??
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
