Just noticed we have the same filling dates! Let’s hope both of our processes go by smooth and fast! Wish you guys the best!

That’s awesome! Yes I hope that’s how it goes! Thank you, wish you guys the best of luck!

Have you been accepted to the I-130 yet?
It should be about time

Still waiting... Nebraska is barley accepting January 2018 applications.

*2019

I filed mine the Feb. 8th 2019, and my I130 got approved 1/8/2020, so it thought you would get approved around the same time as me. But i see that urs just got approvedðŸ˜

Hello Norma! If I understand this correctly your interview was one week ago and they approved you guys!! Congratulations!
So they are currently conducting interviews for and issuing spousal green cards? Me and my fiancé are currently trying to decide between getting married now and starting the process for a CR-1 or starting the process for a fiancé visa now

Yes, exactly a week ago we had our interview. The consulate in Cd. Juarez has been closed due to COVID since March. They have only been conducting emergency interviews.

Congratulations on your approval! I am gonna assume you got an emergency appointment at Juarez? May I ask how you guys got that? I have an emergency and am desperate.

If you would like to send me an email nayala1997@yahoo.com I can answer your questions @Kjtee44

Thank you so so so so much! I sent you an e-mail!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
