Hi guys! Did you ever receive your interview date?

Still waiting for an interview appointment in India! I understand the delay due to covid 19. I just miss my husband so much. We FaceTime each other everyday but I need my husband with me. Hopefully they can get this pandemic under control and the immigration processing will start up again.

Finally on January 11th my Husband and I received our letter for the Immigrant Visa Interview Appointment. My husband had his physical and has completed his Biometrics. Now we have our Interview Appointment on Feb. 3rd. We are prayer everyday that we will finally be living together as a loving couple.

How your interview
Pamela Singh on 2021-02-05 said:
They refused at this time because there was 3 items missing.....my husbands police clearance had expired by the time they scheduled our interview. They needed a letter from me about my taxes. They also needed the religious paperwork we received when we got married. I had no idea they needed those religious forms. Now my Husband has to take these forms to one of the 11 centers to give them our paperwork (221-G). My letter and my Husband's Police Clearance has to be uploaded on the system. Then we will be notified again! Hopefully this will be soon....I miss my Husband so much!

Ohk.. now you send it all documents
Pamela Singh on 2021-02-17 said:
Yes....I had to upload and submit my tax letter. My husband has completed his updated Police Clearance and waiting for them to send the form to him and then we will upload and submit this form. The last thing my husband needed was the religious forms that went with our marriage license. I have mailed this paperwork to my husband and as soon as he get them he will schedule an appointment with one of the centers (221-G) to take the paperwork in.

Any updates
Pamela Singh on 2021-06-02 said:
None.....I try every single day to get an appointment at one of the 221g centers for my husband to submit the additional documents requested by the interviewer in Mumbai. There are still no available appointments to turn in these documents in India. It is very frustrating.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
