Embassy Review : All I have to say is Wow! The officer that had our application was extremely nice. Since I was the one that filled for my hubby all by myself. I didn't require a Lawyer for it. My hubby decided that will have to hire a Lawyer when we received the interview latter in the mail. Which we did. The Lawyer only came with us to the interview which was scheduled on Aug.19th/2019. On arrival the Lawyer checked us in but we were late due to the fact that an pregnant lol so I but the officer waited until we Climbed up the stairs. Anyways overall the officer was very patient and only asked us few questions mostly from the application itself. So my advice please look over your sent in application make sure you remember what you filled and you should be good. The Lawyer didn't really do much he was just there so that my hubby can have peace of mind. Anyways we got approved Aug. 26 and now we are waiting for hubby's GC which is supposed to be here on Aug.30. May I also just say that it took my hubby over a year to get his EAD which he finally got on Aug. 21st. God is good! We're super blessed because we're excepting our first child in Nov. So hubby is over the moon at this point! At least this step is over for now. Until next time! Wishing everyone going for their interview well wishes and many many blessings on you all! 💃💃💃💃
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
