Comments : port of entry was NYC went pretty smooth less then 5 minutes, no questions asked, but I was the one asking questions, the agent stamped my wife passport then I realized he stamped the 2 years green card, after speaking to him he said to contact uscis directly, I paused then replied NO that’s incorrect sir.  Since I have been married for more then 2 years my wife should get a 10 years greens card. Then his boss came over and took care of it after she looked in the system and seen our marriage certificate. She corrected the stamp and said you are all set to go.

Hello. Thank you 🙏 The interview went pretty well. My wife went in with a huge heavy folder and not missing a single paper. I also uploaded everything in to NVC website that way they can have it prior but she will have all the original and copies as well. Consulate only asked few questions who filed for you? Name and where they reside and that was it. While she was talking to her she was looking at the folder as well and said you don’t have to give me anything I believe you and it’s well organized and everything is uploaded in my system. She told her visa approved and can be picked up from aramex. My wife noticed many people came in unprepared and missing papers ( one lady they asked where is your I 130 and why didn’t you bring it. Over all it was pretty easy and went pretty well. Best of luck to you as well. I am thinking to go to Morocco 🇲🇦 around Christmas time and bring my wife together in January. Are you set with doctor appointment?

Congratulations on getting your visa! My husband’s interview is November 6th and his medical is December 2nd so we’re almost there too. I sent him everything for the interview, but not a copy of the I130. I thought they would have that on-line. Do you think I should scan it all - it’s huge - and email it to him? I’m planning on making a reservation to go over once they issue his visa - hopefully December/January. Best wishes !!

Thank you🙏🙏 Yes make sure to upload it again on nvc and also upload everything that you have and make sure to send your husband the I 130 as well, sometimes they do ask, also share with him everything cause they do ask about everything. If his interview is on the 6th it’s better to do the doctor visit prior, I know they are booked but he should pay them a visit 😉💰 and they will see him for sure. Is your husband in casa
Deb623 on 2020-10-24 said:
We’re going to leave the medical until December - we will be married 2 years 12/29 and will travel to the US after so he will get an IR1 visa rather than the CR1. I didn’t think I could upload anymore documents to the CEAC after they approve the visa application. He lives in Rabat - hopefully only for a couple more months 😉

Almost forgot - Fouad is having problems registering for document delivery on-line. How did you do it?
blank avatar Youssef1 on 2020-10-24 said:
That makes sense with the IR1, and yes feel free to upload anything after you get the DQ from NVC and also send with him everything as well. Try to register it from USA , that website is sensitive, just keep on trying till you are registered. Sometimes it won’t recognize the password and must claim you lost it then request another temp passcode. Best of luck.

Ok - thanks! Best of luck to you and your wife!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
