Comments : We did not recieve any notice of approval from USCIS and their website still reflects a pending RFE. The only info I recieved since December 3rd, 2018 (RFE reciept) was a letter from NVC dated 1/22/19, stating they recieved my “approved petition” and are processing it to be sent to Moscow. As of 1/24/19 NVC website states it is ready for interview to be scheduled. I have no idea whats going on.

I submitted multiple requests to USCIS to get my approval notice but no response yet.

I see that you received your packet! Any suggestions on scheduling the interview? Are there appointments available in the near future? Our case just left the NVC...so, almost there

I did not receive notices and had to request duplicates which took over a month to receive but our case was processed within a reasonable time so the NVC does push the cases along and it will get to Moscow. Currently, all we have to go on in regards to knowing Moscow is ready and has our case is that they emailed my lawyer stating that my fiance can now schedule an appointment, they provided an attachment which looked like a word document with simple instructions to links toward getting the next steps completed. It's all we have to go on at the moment. My fiance only received a letter from the NVC in the mail which stated it left there and was enroute to Moscow, letter dated prior to email from embassy.
