Jo & Joe on 2019-01-21 said:No it did not. We had the same concern and contacted the Visa Service Desk. See below for their response:
"Thank you for writing to the U.S. Visa Service Desk.
We understand that the DS-160 confirmation number on your Appointment Confirmation Letter is different.
Please be informed that if you are applying for a K1 visa it is not necessary to have a DS-160 confirmation number on your Appointment Confirmation Letter. We have removed the DS-160 confirmation number in your profile and sent you a new Appointment Confirmation Letter.
We hope this information is helpful to you. "

Then, you just made ur appointment and that’s it?then without the ds160, thanks again and pls be patience with me. God bless us all

After you fill out the DS-160, then you schedule your visa interview. You can pre-register for the medical exam here (http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml). I believe you can just show up at the hospital--it is first come, first serve but with priority to people that registered online. Good luck!
