Hi, what was your RFE?

Ours was a request for my (the beneficiary) birth certificate .. which our lawyer said they usually don’t request that til visa stage but we sent it in (long form)

thanks. looks like you got approved quickly after you sent in the evidence so i am hoping for the same.

Yes very quickly.. pray yours is as well. This is a hard process as it is especially not being with your spouse

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but did you have an interview? And is your interview scheduled for Montreal?

^ Sorry just realized that was a dumb question 🤦 It literally says Montreal in your timeline. So sorry

Did you get your interview rescheduled yet?

No I haven’t 😢

Hi guys! Sorry to hear about your interview :( I heard they have started processing rescheduling some of the cancelled interviews in Montreal though. I hope you get some good news soon!

Hi thank you! I know they have which is awesome... there is a spreadsheet created that I have been following and by the looks of it I should be getting rescheduled next week. I hope everyone gets happy news soon :) I was canceled and my interview was supposed to be March 30

Finally! So happy for you :)

Thank you!!! My emotions have been so crazy and lastnight I cried for so long .. now today I am happy and ready

Your case was completed in February and your re scheduled interview is this month? That’s Awesome. I know only certain visa interviews are happening right now. Spousal being one of them. My case was completed on May 12th so I’m hoping mine isn’t far after yours.

It was a long road .. I was DQ’ in November 2019 and it took forever it seemed to leave NVC. I had an original date of March 30 2020

Congratulations
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
