We are still waiting. Hopefully it will be soon.

we just got our NAO2 approval july 19. Have you gotten yours yet?

No, still waiting...I am getting nervous now

I think you need call them and find out the status because you should have been approved by now

check tomorrow it may show up. your NAO2 may show up then

I downloaded the app that checks with the USCIS and I check it at least a dozen times a day.

I am glad you finally got approved thats awesome. I hope the nvc process is just as quick

Thank you! We wish you the same.

did you get your letter in the mail yet?

No letter as of yet.

Call NVC to find out if they have your case yet. I just got my NVC# today

It seems to be taking between 25 - 30 days so I will give it until the end of the month before I start calling. Congratulations on your NVC#.

have you set up your interview date yet?

No, I am still gathering the documents that I need for the Affidavit of Support. Being that I am employed and self-employed I have twice the documents to submit. Also, Johnpaul works 6 days a week so he has to wait until he is off this coming Wednesday to go and pay the visa fee, go and get a digital photo to upload to the DS-160, and take a 3 hour journey to get a CENOMAR...

Good luck on your fiance interview please let me know how well it goes.

Thank you, we moved it up by five days, we are on pins and needles and want eveything over and done with.

You guys apt approve that’s is soo awesome. I can’t wait until our interview.

Thank you! It has been an emotional rollercoaster but I can't wait to get married.

How was the interview was it hard?

I am surprised he passed. They asked him what my favorite movie was and he said, "The Gift", I have never seen that movie... Then they asked him what kind of dogs I had and he answered, "American"...the interviewer must have really liked him. LOL

Hahaha omg that is too funny

I was curious Aviculture1, did you and partner fill out forms yourselves, or did you hire an attorney? I am wondering if the AoS is more involved than the initial K1 visa . thanks, Chipper

Chipper,
I initially filled everything out myself and when I asked a question on this forum I was treated do poorly I decided to go with Rapid Visa to file my AOS and I am very happy with them and the job they did.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
