Event Description

Embassy Review : Less than 1 hour from appointment time we were out and approved. My wife and step daughter both . I asked The consulate guard if we could combine both of their cases and he stapled them together and stamped EX on the appointment letter. From there we were ushered to the front of all lines and were first on and first out.. only 3 questions were asked how did you meet,When were you married then he CO bank me when I was going back to the states.. he said congratulations we are approved. We will receive the visas in 1 to 2 weeks!!!😀😀😀😆😆

Well as you see we have our interview appointment already. I will be flying to the Philippines next week so I can be with her and my daughter to slmcec timing is going to be very close for the medical exam and only 1 week before the interview. Reading slmc suggests 2 weeks prior to interviews but Usem says 1 week is enough.. I hope the embassy is correct..

Removal of conditions in process now. Really surprised that we had to do biometrics again. we were told at the POE that since we landed in our home state that it would not be required again. has anyone else run into this? I have seen a lot of people get waivers.
Heri4me2 on 2023-03-06 said:
well, we asked for exemption of interview for removal of condition and were told that doesn't happen. (they need to read their manual) we have a child born now during our wait for roc. just received a 48 month extension for expired GC... When will they get their job done???
Heri4me2 on 2023-03-15 said:
RFE received and it says not to submit previous documents. but that is what they asked for????

Hello sis Don't worry you'll be approved soon we just got our 10 year GC similar timeline.
Heri4me2 on 2023-04-15 said:
yeah I'm sure there is no problem. we will just send this year taxes and our sons bc and that should satisfy them.
Ang Oras on 2023-04-15 said:
What service center and what state are you in? We sent a box with our I-751 Petition the paperwork was about 11 1/2 inches thick of paperwork we waited almost 2 years and at the info pass appointment I guess the immigration had looked and must have thought we should go ahead and approve this one I'm sure the one with our package was aggravated with so much documentation after the info pass they sent a notice saying case approved GC came about 2 weeks later MSC service center.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
