The date you have listed for NVC receiving your case -- was this the same date they gave you your NVC case number? If not, how long after NVC receipt did it take to get your case number so you could begin filing fees and such? :) Thanks

Hi. So, when USCIS approved our petition, we received an e-mail from NVC but just to inform us that we were on a special electronic pilot programme. That was on April 9th. But since then we never heard back from them and we are trying to understand what's happening. We don't have yet a case number...

That's so unfortunate :( Your timeline had moved so quickly it was giving me hope! Wishing you luck. Have you had any correspondence with the NVC via phone?

Hi Did you receive an IOE Receipt Number? I'm trying to get the timeline for this new Electronic system filing. I'm July 8th 2019

Hi Clark & Lora. Yes I did. So the approval with Uscis was quick. Now I am waiting for case number for an unknown reason NVC didn't receive our info to process yet. So far is all I know :)

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
