Embassy Review : Very smooth experience, my interview was scheduled on September 15th 2019 at 7:30 am
My fiance came from US 2 days before the interview date so he can be with me on that day.
So we reached at the embassy around 6:30 am. the security told us to wait until 6:50 am cause they won't let anyone in before that time. We waited then they started letting people in and then we stood in the security line and before we entered the embassy they asked for the interview confirmation and my 5*5 photos after that we entered to another gate where they check your bags it's another security check and people there were so nice.
They gave me a number and asked me to wait until they call for it .
After over 1 hour they called for my number it was the immigration officer and she was also a nice lady she asked for my documents then gave me my packet and told me to wait until i hear my name.
We waited again and BTW all this time they never asked for my fiance so it's absolutely unnecessary to bring your petitioner with you in the interview. Unless he or she wants to be with you on that day.
After waiting for a quite long time I heard my name being called in the mic for the interview i went to the window and found a nice american consular he first cracked a joke with me cause it took me time to find his window then he asked me to swear that i'll say the truth and after that he asked how did we meet and when ?what does my fiance do for living? Was i married before? Was my fiance married before? Does he have kids?
Last question was what are our plans for the wedding?
Then he said congratulations 🎉 your visa is approved and wait to recieve your passport along with the visa in 10 days i walked out feeling so happy and gave my fiance the good news.
The whole process took us almost 3 hours.

So out of my experience and what i read online
Here are some tips for the interview:-

- Go there early at least 1 hour before your interview time
- Wear something nice
- I know that you'll be nervous and the also know but try to keep a smile on
- Prepare your documents very well in a nice envelope
- Prepare well with your fiance for the interview questions and think about all the questions that might occur to the consulate mind.

Hope my review helps you guys
Wish you all the best of luck

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
