Wow 365days .That's a lot of time .

Yes it is! Nebraska Service Center is the slowest of them all

Wow, that is so depressing! It took a whole year to get aproved. I could cry! I have been to Nigeria 3 times in less than a year and spent thousands. This is very hard! Why is Nebraska so slow? I don't understand. Congrats on getting to NVC finally.

Yes it's horrible at NSC. People are now filing the I-129F to speed up the approval of their i-130..So now people are getting approved within 3-6 months at Nebraska

I sent my I-129f on Oct. 11. They have had it for 18 days. They have had our I-130 for 5 months and a few days. This is a financial nightmare for us trying to keep up 2 households. I need my husband. I can't go back and he can't come here. Please pray for us all!!

We Finally Got Approved Today! No Rfe's along the way, Just a long drawn out process but we are thankful â˜ºï¸ My husband arrived at 6am. His interview was at 7:30am..He said the atmosphere was pleasant & the CO was very nice. The CO had my husband facebook page pulled up on the screen looking through our photos and complimenting them. The CO only asked 3 questions
1. Who filed for you? My wife Tina Lampo
2. Is your wife Ghanian? No she's a US citizen. CO replied well she looks like it.
3. When is your wife's birthday? My wife birthday is February 3..She just had a birthday last week. She turned 42 yrs in age.
4. APPROVED!!!!!!!

Congrats

Wow congratulations

Congratulations friend :) So happy for you :)

Thanks much dear☺ï¸

Congratulations! Looking at your timeline is very depressing, A WHOLE YEAR wait! But, it's all over now..... Congrats again

Ramona M thanks! SO thankful it's over with. 19 excruciating months 😓😓😓
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
