Im happy that you guys already got the NVC case number. I was confusing about my process. We filed and got NOA1 july 16 2018 and now still waiting for approval NOA2. Is it the withdrawal of presentation of our lawyer affects our process? Thanks and Godbless

Hi thank you. We didn't hire a lawyer for this process, so I wouldn't know. But if you received the NOA1 hard copy and got the money withdrew from your bank, then your case has been received by USCIS. Good luck, and keep an eye on the mail cuz they don't update the websites that frequently.

Thank you for reply. My fiancee got the hard copy of NOA1. He tried to call USCIS about the petition but they only says that the case has been recieved. We hope we got an update or approval this month. Anyways thanks again ang Godbless.

Maybe you should ask your fiance to check the USPS in his neighborhood, sometimes they lose your mails and that's what happened to us. Hang in there!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
