Medical results didn’t arrive in time of the interview (did my medical 10/17/2019) and when the results arrived to the Embassy (10/29/2019) I got approved the same day and the visa arrived the day after!
Sent a I-129f that was received May 29th 2019. The I-129f was denied end of July.
Expedited at NVC and got approved for a unconditional process and everything were very smooth. |

Originally Texas but was transferred early December 2021.
Had to reschedule my interview due to traveling. First interview date was 12/15/2022. Approved on the spot and a very easy interview due to having kids. |

Arrived 7:50am and had my appointment 8:30am. I came early to avoid a long line. The non-immigrant line was kind of long and a few people were in line when I arrived and more arrived and join the line when I was waiting to go through security. I was done right before 9am and everything went very smooth and they gave clear instructions during my interview/visit. Waiting for my medical and when the result arrives to the embassy hopefully my visa will be approved (they were happy with the docs I provided). |

Do you and spouse both live abroad? Also, is your case now with NVC?
Both lived together abroad when filing. We’re waiting for an update if it’s sent to NVC or not and will follow up soon.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
