Hi Maui & Moana, I saw that you asked about scheduling interview and doing medical while case is still at NVC. We got our MNL number last Friday 9/28 but since it was a Sat in Manila, we were not really about to do anything on the weekend except filling out the DS-160 and registering online for SLEC medical. We paid the visa fee at BPI on Monday Manila, scheduled the interview later that day on 10/12 hopefully our case will be ready by that time. So you should be able to do these steps right now while waiting for your case to be send to USEM. Good luck!

Thank you so much for the idea. Actually I'm already getting ready for the medical. I'm planning to do my medical in the 11th of October and preparing every single documents we needed. But I'm still doubting to do the medical since my case is not ready yet. And I heard today is the day that NVC going to send the packet to the respective embassy. I have seen 6 members got their case already in transit. I'm hoping to have ours today aswell. By the way how's your MCN? Is it still "At NVC"?

You actually can do the medical now as long as you paid the visa fee at BPI and set the interview online.- You just to print MRV slip. After few hours you can then schedule the interview then print the interview confirmation that you can present during the medical in lieu of NVC letter. Yes it still says At NVC. Really? Im hoping we will have ours updated soon because if they are sending it by batches and we are included in the batch to be sent out today then ours should say In Transit anytime soon.

Gotcha.😊 I'll pay my interview fee in Thursday. Yaayyy I can't wait but I haven't seen any from Philippines beneficiary have their case in transit yet. I only saw beneficiary from India, Italy,South Africa and Brazil. Just keep the faith . We might have it in the morning (Philippines time)

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
