Surprisingly not at San Francisco. The interviewer/officer is a nice officer. She asked us to present new photos that we gather after we got married. She asked about my birth date, my maiden name, and my married name. Do I have a job now? She also asked some of the questions at the end of I-485. (basically all the information about whether you committed any illegal things or not). She asked us about how did we meet? Describe in detail. Then we got approved on the spot :) We had our appointment at 8 am on 11 Feb. We arrived around 7:20 am and still can go inside first. There were already so many people seating inside the lobby. We probably had our interview around 8:15 am? We don't really check since we were both waiting excitedly :D In general, we didn't wait too long before the interview started. In a side note, from applying I-485 till having the interview and passed, it is around 7 months.

Consulate Review: Taipei, Taiwan Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : June 19, 2019 Embassy Review : For the scale from 0-10 , I will give 10 for sure!!! The overall interview process was within 30 mins. There were 3 officers (1 Taiwanese, 2 Americans possibly) Total time in being interviewed was around 15 mins only :DDDD The questions are generally similar like others ; except they asked me more about how's my parents' ideas about my fiance and vice versa. How's the wedding ceremony going to be like? Have we got married before? Have I studied in foreign countries before? What's my previous job? How did we meet each other? When did we meet each other? All the officers , including the security guards were all happy to meet me and greeted me , even wish me good luck The new site of AIT is awesome. You will feel like going into a 5-star hotel but with extra protection. Rating : Very Good
