Hi! I saw that you are a China filer too, and that you sent your package 3 the same day we did! Do you know if the embassy is actually processing anything or if they are still closed for the Spring Festival? Our CEAC hasn't been updated and I can't get a live agent on the phone line. Did you get any movement?

My fiance said that the embassy in Guangzhou was open on Friday and that's when our P3 packet was delivered. The embassy open back up for normal business hours as of Monday February 11th, we are hoping to get our P4 notification sometime this week if possible😊

Oh thanks so much. How were you sure that your p3 was received? Did you contact the embassy to make sure or you’re just going by the delivery status? Did your CEAC get updated yet?

My Fiancee was contacted by the postal company that delivered the P3, they said it was delivered on Friday. I haven't had any updates from CEAC yet, still says administrative processing.
