Embassy Review : Quick and easy! The agent was really nice, went through the standard questions on the form mostly. She didn’t say we were approved at the interview, but five minutes after on our way home, our status had already changed to “card is being produced”.
Harassment Level : Very Good

May i ask why it took you a month to receive the visa?

You may! We were missing the W2 for the I-134 (which I thought you only needed if self-employed) and submitted it right after the interview. After 2 weeks, I got the notification we were also missing the Income Tax return (1040) even though the consular at the interview told me that my proof of my own assets was enough. We submitted that a few days later and now here we are!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
