Did you receive your NOA2?

Nope.

Have you tried calling? This is so delayed! I’m waiting also

Last month i talked to them a few times.. even a tier 2. Put in a request for being over due. Then i just stopped caring about it and waiting it out. A month had flown by since i stopped paying attention to it.
We might just stay in Canada now anyway. Very disheartening.

Really wow. I was planning to call a tier 2 tomorrow’s because that’s what they advised and I got disconnected twice last week with them. I just wonder if now that this part is delayed if the NVC or consulate will issue ours before. My lawyer is hopeful we will get the interview before end of August. But I don’t see how ;( do you guys have a lawyer.

Patiently waiting for yours to be approved :(

Anything yet?

Did you receive your approval?

Nope. Still haven’t heard anything.

YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! I’m so happy

Did you just check the mail and it was there?

Hey, what’s the status with your case and NVC?

Did your case get received by NVC yet?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
