Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 11, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.

My EAD took almost 7 months which beyond my expectation and MY NAME IS NOT CORRECT. Magnitude of applications and fees that exceeded USCIS ability to timely issue receipts, deposit application fees and process applications within the agency's planned timeframes. Therefore the processing times have been affected. As a result, average processing times for certain application types filed after June 1, 2007, may become longer. Well what can do but wait and deal with the Customer Service which is I believe most of the time is not reliable. They told me to send back the card and the notice and fill up another I-765 form, no payment needed. This is the unbelievable part the USCIS customer service agent told me that it will take 4-6 months again to get the corrected card.. that's suck and unfair.. gosh whatever.. Good luck

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 2, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT.

My AP took almost 7 months which beyond my expectation and MY NAME IS NOT CORRECT, I think it is useless to apply for advance parole unless you have an advance plan for a trip or vacation outside U.S territory.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
