Congratulations to both of you!
I have a question, hope you could help me. Do i need to wait til consulate receives my papers from nvc before scheduling an interview? And After paying the visa fee, how long did it take for nvc to transfer the documents to the consulate? Thank you

I was able to schedule the interview right when we got the case number from the nvc, the ceac status changed to ready (which means the consulate has the papers I believe) within a couple days of getting the nvc number. We paid the visa fee when we got the email from nvc saying the case had been sent out. Good luck!

Looking at your timeline I’d say the consulate will get your papers way before your interview date, should be good to go

We’re still waiting on that, we were hoping it would be fast but they did say 5-10 days 😂
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
