Hi! I'm Nafisa, also from Uzbekistan) how was your interview?

Hello Nafisa, Thank you for asking. It's was not bad, Embassy asked a couple questions such as, 0. When you get to the embassy you will need to pay medical exam fee ($205) and K-1 application fee ($265) 1. where we meet, where do you live? 2. where does your fiancee live? what does he do? (work or study), 3. did you receive IMBRA pamphlet? (International Marriage Broker Regulation Act), 4. Evidence of the relationship such as photos, and messages (Line, IMO, Telegram) 5. they asked if my fiancee traveled to Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and Belarus. 6. they emphasized the 2-year difference between us, And then they asked documents and my fiancee would hand them. 7. DS-160 8. The original birth certificate with translation 9. 2 color photo 10. The original police certificate with translation 11. i-134 Affidavit of Support (Tax returns and proof of employment) I don't have enough to support I used co-sponsor and I didn't file taxes in 2017 I decided not to send my tax return but embassy still asked and the interview was over they told my fiancee to send them what I have to their email tashkentiv@state.gov.

Also the interview was in Russian, and interview date was set by the embassy first they called my fiancee in Uzbekistan and asked for email and then they email package 3 includes of date of the interview, IMBRA, i-129f and instructions. DS-160 we filled after the the medical exam, Hospital only wants the date of interview set by embassy it's all in the email.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
