Airport) made a mistake by putting the wrong expiration date on my I-94. Instead of the actual validity date of my Visa (Nov. 1) he took the date that read \\\\\\\"Date until Visa APPLICATION is valid\\\\\\\" (Sept. 13). This shortened my legal status and therefore our time to arrange the wedding to 40 days instead of the regular 90. So we had to go back to the PoE and get that taken care of, which in the end was a very positive immigration matter-experience and almost made up for all the trouble. The two ladies that took care of it were very kind and corrected the date without any problems. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 27 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 95 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
