Consulate Review: Islamabad, Pakistan Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : February 8, 2019 Embassy Review : I (the petitioner) went to the embassy in Islamabad with my wife (beneficiary) on Feb 4, 2019. Interview was scheduled at 7 am and we were out by 10 am. The interview itself took only 10 minutes and most of the questions were very simple. At the end of the interview, consular officer said that we will get our visa in one to two weeks and not to worry too much about it. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly as well. Tip: Make sure you bring 3 copies of the passport biographic page for each person who is visiting the embassy, even if you are not the applicant. Rating : Good
