Comments : The Adiministrative processing mark on a white letter, and there was no further comment on any other documents. After few days checking back on CEAC website, it shows the VISA was refused. When I Contact US Embassy in Pakistan, they told me that the case has been sent to USCIS for "REVOCATION". I asked them few times what does that mean or why is that ? they simply told me they do not have the authority anymore over my case. So I have emailed USCIS which then they said they do not have the case to them. It is in NVC, when I contact NVC they have not replied yet, they told me, will email you back within 30 days. And since the interview date, today as of June 11, 2019. It has been 57 days. I know that I have to wait about 60 days to resolve my case. I hope that a good news shows up on my door with approval. As everyone knows, dealing with immigration is SUCKS!!!

UPDATES: Since the interview on April 15th, 2019, the case was under Islamabad Embassy for quiet some time, it was transferred to NVC on March 27th, but NVC said they have not recieved it yet "Returned to NVC" that is the status on CEAC.
I called multiple times then I was told by the immigration representative that NVC has received the case on August 16th and they will forwared that to USCIS to do further reviews.

updates as: August 29th, 2019.
UPdates as of October 18th, 2019....My case has been expired and it will not be re open any further. Encourage to re apply again.
:(

APPLIED AGAIN! On May 26th, 2020.

Embassy Review : My fiance just had her interview at the Islamabad embassy. We got 221g for Adiministrative Processing required. The CO did not say anything about it but said will let you know. They only kept IRS transcripts of last three years and told my fiance your side is okay but we will let you know if anything needed. They did not keep her passport tho...any idea or suggestions. As I am sure everyone is quiet worried about this notorious decisions. Please advise

Thanks in advance

Hello, can you please help me. My fiance has received an email from Pakistan embassy with link of the website from where I can follow the steps to set an appointment. But I haven't received any package through the post/mail at my address. So would I receive a package or they no longer send it? Also, I am confused if I need police certificate if I have never lived in abroad. Some people on VJ are saying police certificate is not a requirement in Pakistan. Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi, Before you set your appointment for an interview, you would need to get your medical done. And my fiance did have her police report but they did not keep or say anything about it. So I believe you don't need a police report. If you take it it's good just in case. And setting up interview date you actually do it on ustraveldocs.com For that you also need to pay your VISA fee and have to have your DS-160 form filled.

Thank you for replying. I am following the steps and I will get the medical done before scheduling the interview. Did your fiance receive any post through mail on her address from the embassy?

No she did not, nowadays everything get done via email or the account that you creat through the ustraveldocs.com

Hi All, Hope everyone doing well. just to give my updates on my K1 visa. It has expired in between the embassy to NVC to USCIS. USCIS did not directly let me know that the petition has been expired and they wont even open it but the status shows that it is under review( its just "BS"). I was in contact with my virginia senetor office, they helped me to get the answer from them what I was waiting on. ( THE CASE HAS BEEN EXPIRED AND WE WON'T BE WORKING ON IT ANYMORE). SAD:( but this is the reality of Immigration System. I am going to File I-130 since K1 isnt the best option anymore for me. Thanks guys for all the help. keep up the good work in the community. I hope everyone else does not go through what I am going throug. PEACE!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
