These days we are getting same day biometric re-use letter in the online account, 1-2 hours after submitting N400 online. Did your biometric-reuse letter arrive online first or directly in mail on 02/19/2020? I wonder if my case would be 2-3 months shorter as they have compressed the time span to receive biometric re-use letter to 0 days.
Anyways, very happy to see you close to the finish line. So happy reading about your journey. All of us from India have similar long tenuous stories. I arrived in US in 2007.

Ans: Online first, in USPS a week later. Found someone with my similar filing date posted on the forum that they got the bio reuse notice online for them, I just logged in found that mine also had the same status.
Same happened two days back for my interview scheduling. Someone posted online that they got the interview notice for the same SFO servicing center, I just logged in and found mine also got scheduled. On the flip side, my spouse also filed the SAME day as mine but no interview is scheduled so far.
