US Entry : 2020-10-03
Comments : 1st NVC More Paperwork Request: October 26, 2019 (requested Police certificates which was not in original list of documents)
2nd NVC Request: January 10th, 2020 (Requested full W2/1099 on top of the already submitted IRS Transcripts, and Police Certificates were incorrect because we didn't order the US ones. Stated that Jillian hadn't provided proof of re-establishing domicile, so Jillian flew back to US)
3rd NVC Request: February 18, 2020 (Rejected NZ Police Certificate - required NZ consulate to email NVC to prove that it goes directly to NZ and not to us)
4th NVC Request: February 25, 2020 (They had received the NZ police certificate, but said i864a was wrong for co-Support, needed i864 though I had already uploaded i864 in September 2019. Uploaded 12 sets of both i864 and i864a in various file sizes.)

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
