Thanks! I'm the petitioner in the USA, so I didn't actually get to attend the interview with her. But from what she told me, the questions asked were mainly general knowledge questions about the petitioner (me) and our relationship. Nothing too private, just some info on what I do for work, my hobbies, and other common things someone should know about their significant other.
The whole process took about 3 hours, but the interview itself only lasted about 15 minutes or so. I wasn't allowed into the consulate since only the applicants are allowed in, so I had to wait either outside or hang out a nearby hotel. Here's a link with a list of the documents you need to bring (official documentation list from the consulate); make sure you guys go over this list several times to ensure you have everything prior to the interview. Read the fine print too, I didn't see that my birth certificate was required along with my fiance's... turns out they didn't even ask for it in our case, but I was scrambling to get a family member to scan me a copy of mine so I could print it while my fiance was waiting in line.

Best of luck!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
