Event Description

Embassy Review : My husband had his interview on Oct.30,2006. He was interviewed by the black woman with really really short hair, he did his interview all in english which i believe is the best way to do the interview she asked him the standard questions about me and my children names dobs my job. Then he was told he must wait til they varified the medical clearance well we waited and this morning the call came to come pick up his visa. The best thing i can suggest for all that are going to thier interviews would be learn your english and do the interview in english for it gives the consular proof that there are now language barriers and that the relationship is real. The main thing to rember is you must know all the information about your love one..it is up to you to prove that the relationship is real and you only have one shot at it. The consulars are only there doing thier jobs and they really arent that bad if you show them the love that is in your hearts for your loved one then all will be fine. We wish everyone good luck on thier interviews and Allah be with you all..

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
