Comments : Interview was set for 10:20am. We checked in at 9:45 and they called us in arount 10:50. Interview went for about 30 minutes with general questions about our relationship. He asked for originals of Passports, Birth Certificates, Alex's Divorce Certificates and Marriage Certificate. He verified his copies with originals and gave the originals back to us. We never felt rushed or nervous. The gentleman was respectful at all times. He gave us a letter saying further review would be done and we would hear from them in 2-3 weeks. We received an email on 01-24-20 that our applications for I-130 and I-485 had been approved and that we should receive the NOA before 02-08-20. We received the NOA's on 01-27-20. I-485 NOA said that she would receive her Permanent Resident Card within the next 3 weeks. Overall we had a VERY professional experience with the entire process.

Comments : We used Claudia's AP for the first time on 01-26-20 coming back from Mexico City into Miami. The Immigration Agent took her passport and AP then took us to the "little room" where we sat for about 15 minutes. Another Agent called her name, asked if I was her husband and then handed her a copy of the AP with the stamp and said "have a good day".

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
