Comments : Maricris did not receive a letter through the mail; everything was done on-line. She received instructions on-line, filled out the DS-160 on-line and received her K1 Visa interview appointment confirmation on-line. She also did her Medical application registration on-line. So far everything has gone very quickly and smoothly since we received our NOA2 on February 22nd....
Maricris has received notice that her Visa is in and ready to be picked up. She has contacted TO-GO two times and both time they have told her that her Visa has not arrived. Nothing but trouble with TO-GO courier in the Philippines. So, unfortunately we don't actually have her K1 VISA in-hand but she has been APPROVED!!!!

Embassy Review : HOORAY!!!!!!! My fiance had her interview yesterday and it took about 20 minutes. She breezed through it and passed with flying colors. She should receive her Visa in about 10 days and she will be flying to LA from Cebu City on Thursday April 19th. I will meet her in Los Angeles on the 19th and we will spend a couple days in California and return to Kentucky on the 21st. We are both so very excited that our journey to be together is finally happening. After we finally received our NOA2 everything went very quickly and very smoothly.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
