Comments : We Arrived to the embassy around 6:30 AM, our appointment was scheduled for 7:30am. We waited outside for about 45 minutes. At the entraces they check your appointment comfirmation page and also the pictures they were very picky, if the picture is too white to dark, or pixels are too notice they will make you take new pictures inside the embassy for the cost of 18 soles for 3 pictures. Once inside they will call you to one of the windows to collect all the documents they requested please make your you take the receipt of the D-260 is we did not have it because they didn’t ask for it on any paperwork they send you but they ask for it at the window also if possible make sure the Petitioner is there, one lady was there by herself and she was ask thousand questions before the interview why he wasn’t there, is a very important step and should be there, I went there with my fiance and we were ask about 4 questions (how we met, where she is gonna be leaving, when you planning to get marry in the states), make sure you know the requirements to get marry in your state. The interview was quick they look at our pictures and the CO said the visa is approve gave us a paper with intructions how to pick your passport and your packet he said it takes about 2 weeka but our interview was April 18th and April 21th the packet and passport was ready for pick-up

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
