12:30 pm - Interview Appointment Time

Waited so long to be called.

2:30 pm - Finally we were called inside the room. Started with how are you’s. Then the officer ask when is my due, I was 29 weeks pregnant during the interview. Ask if I’m sleeping well. We reached the cubicle as her office. She said before we sit down, to swear an oath, to tell the truth. Me and my husband answered yes. We sat down, next to answer yes or no questions, refer to the I-485.

She proceed asking:
1. Where did we meet
2. Where we traveled (while browsing my old passport) with in US where did we go.

3. Did you work here?

Took my prepared documents, refer to your Appointment Letter for the lists of documents to bring.

4. She ask my husband work as she browses the Employment Letter and W2.

5. What is the baby gender?

6. Ask original copies of birth certificates and marriage certificates.

7. Ask about my pregnancy.

She said it will be 3-4 weeks for the card to arrived. She walked us out but we have to stopped at the photocopier machine, to copy the passports and SSN. She told me to go to SSN office to get my card updated once I received my GC. And to get ID from DMV.

The interview took about 10-15 mins.
