Embassy Review : We arrived on Time to our interview at 8.30 am. There were four couples asking for the same type of visa. We were given a folder in which you have to put all the original documents in order (there Is a list sticked on the folder). After 30 minutes of being waiting a woman started to call all the couples by announcing the beneficiary name. She just took all the documents and the evidence. Then she asked Is to wait for the interview. A bit of More than three hours later, the cónsul call us. We had to see two couples crying . Their interview lasted one Hour AND a half each!!!
Our interview was short. It took just 25 minutes. The cónsul asked to me " how did you meet your husband?". Then she asked to my husband " when you started to talk romantically?" "How you proposed marriage to her?". Then the cónsul asked some questions about my husband job and she said that it was not enough to be my petitionary ( our lawyer has told us it was ok ) so she suggested to find am sponsor and send her a copy of the affidavit of support through email. She also asked to resend her the email of government office which had given me my virtual Act of Marriage. We left the embassy without knowing how to feel..no happines...no sadness...
The following day we Sent the papers and they asked for another paper, my sponsor birth certificate which took us a week to get it and send it. After 15 of silence from the embassy we got an answer. Our visa was APPROVED!!. The following day I was asked to pick my visa. Such a nice moment Is to know that this hard process Is over.
