US Entry :
Comments : On the first interview in my wife was reused visa by the US Consulate Ho Chi Minh, VN. Form OF-194 stated the reason for denial that insufficient proof was received to very a valid relationship. A list of items and documents were requested. Proof of a true relationship was requested. Proof of airline travel receipts and bank statements. Verification of joint accounts and statements of our relationship on how it developed was requested. Communication and photographs. All was provided and more than was requested. Original signed statements from myself the petitioner in the USA was sent by FedEx courier and my wife returned to the consulate on 07/24/2018. The process took the majority of the day from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm., at which time she was informed the consulate approved the application. My wife was advised to wait for her visa to be delivered to her home. It was delivered by courier on 07/30/2018.
