If terrorist activity prevents me from meeting her, I should meet her in another country. Bombs went off in the Manila airport on Valentine's Day, around the time the petition was denied. We filed a second I-129F after marriage in Fiji and after filing an I-130. The Interview Packet had an inaccurate address on it and was not recieved. Our marriage was not filed with the proper civil authorities in Fiji so a "request for evidence" was issued before the I-130 was approved. It appears the I-485 asks for items that had been done during the medical and at point of entry... and that is where we are. Let's find out what goes wrong this time!
