Comments : It was very easy to do everything. It took a long time but it's all just waiting.
I recommend trying to have you wife take driving lessons in the Philippines. It's much harder for them to learn how to drive here. My wife had a drivers license when she got here but had never driven a car (Only Motorcycle) Lessons are cheaper in the Philippines and it's easier for them to learn with a Philippine instructor.
