Comments : We received a request for initial evidence on the I-864 form. Names of the petitioner were different in page 3 and 4. It appeared that when you delete the name of the petitioner from the additional information section (we did not need it) this delete the name of the petitioner from the bottom right of the page 3... We submitted the form again with all the new evidence and updated tax return. the form was received on 03/06/2017

The interview was quick, after a couple mandatory question the officer already made his decision. Although, we have been living together for 2 years+, we were schedule for interview because we were in a middle of a relocation a the time of the application and filed with different addresses (petitioner and applicant (one in DC the other one in MI). At the time of the interview we were back together, which helped a lot. We were approved verbally by the immigration officer at the time of interview. However, no update on the case tracker. We receive the I130 and I485 approval letter 12 days later, the green card 2 days after that. The case status tracker still show "schedule for interview"

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
