Did you guys file a I-129f or apply for an expedite?
Oluuscis on 2020-02-18 said:
Yeah, I did file a i- 129f concurrent after filing i-130 but the i-129f was denied 2weeks after i-130 was approved. Uscis wrote me a letter telling me why my i-129f was denied.

May I know the email address you used in sending your request for an expedited processing of Form I-130?
Thank you.

Hey HappyHearts, I never said I expedited my i-130 package or my i-129f.. someone on the forum did ask me? but the answer is "No" I never expedited any of my package to any E-mails address.. or Proof of name change of my spouse in a local newspaper
Divorce of previous marriages terminated for the sponsor
Evidence of a bona fide marriage, affividat letter from 3 different close friends aware of our relationship
Proof of recent returned ticket for visiting my spouse
Beneficiary’s Passport:
Letter of Intent to Marry under 90 days signed by me and my spouse
I enclosed all of the above mentioned documents mailed through Mail to:

Hello Oritm, had been looking forward to answer ur question but ur profile doesn't appear on-line , moreso, ur question Just came as text but I couldn't reply on line...
Anyway, if u can read this, ur question makes me laugh, as required by Nvc (Ceac) I uploaded 3years tax returns and Affidavit of support as required on Ceac website with other required documents , moreso, a family friend of mine also co -signed as co sponsor to boost my financial details.
On the interview day, the first thing the CO said to my wife was , my tax returns and Affidavit of support wasn't loaded by Nvc , but Only the one for the co- sponsor that she can see on-line. The CO and my wife started arguing, my wife said, my husband told her, I submitted all documents and it was received, accepted and approved by Nvc, the CO replied but she can't still find her husband financial details.
The CO asked my wife ? How do u know ur husband sent it, she said, I had sent her a snap shot of the acceptance page , moreso, I intended to Dhl all the original copy I file with but due to Corona restrictions and sudden interview notice, I couldn't mail it before her interview . To cap it all, the CO wasn't sure, she gave my wife a white paper to bring her old school certificate and any old passport she might had used. I spare some time of mine to investigate what a white paper means after an interview, I found out that most White paper means complex situation and most of the cases are referred back to Nvc (Ceac)
So, to cut a long story short, If u have a copy, take it with u to the interview please 😘🥺🥺

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
