Got my IR-1 visa on 21/3/2017 in Mumbai India. It was pretty smooth. Visa interview was only for 5 mins, my appointment time was at 7:30 am, got out at 9:00am. They serve senior citizens and regional language speaking people first so it took more time. Once again thanks for all the help who answered all the question so patienly.
